Terms of Service

1. Scope of our service

Stageory provides a platform for home-staging professionals to manage inventory, warehouses, clients, and projects, and to produce AI-assisted staged visuals. AI outputs are intended to help visualise interior-design possibilities and should not be regarded as exact representations of furniture, finishes, or layouts in real life.

2. Eligibility

Our platform is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or legally authorised to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you use Stageory on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Creating and managing your account

Some features require registration. You agree to provide accurate and current details during sign-up and to keep them updated. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account and must keep your login credentials secure.

4. What you can expect from us

• We process the inventory, project, and image data you submit to operate the staging tools and produce AI-assisted visuals.
• We aim to deliver a smooth and reliable experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
• From time to time we may introduce new features or adjust existing ones.

5. Content you provide

• You own all rights to the images and materials you upload.
• By submitting content, you grant us permission to process and store it to provide the service, and to display non-identifiable versions for showcasing or service demonstrations, unless you request otherwise in writing.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not breach any laws or infringe the rights of others.

6. Acceptable use

When using our platform, you must not:

• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.
• Submit content you do not own or have permission to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or bypass the platform's systems.
• Reproduce, modify, or redistribute our technology or branding without approval.

7. Pricing & billing

• Plan pricing and trial terms are displayed before purchase and at sign-up.
• Prices may be adjusted; changes apply to future cycles.
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Cancelling stops future billing but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining days in the current cycle.

8. Image & output usage rights

You may use staged visuals generated through Stageory for personal, promotional, or commercial purposes in compliance with applicable laws, including real-estate advertising and disclosure rules. We do not claim ownership of your generated results. We may display anonymised examples for marketing unless you opt out.

9. API access

If you use our services via an API connection, you agree to follow the accompanying API documentation and not to misuse the system, overload our servers, or use it to build competing products. API keys must remain confidential.

10. Account closure

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the platform. Outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable after closure.

11. Disclaimer & liability

The service and any AI-generated visuals are provided "as is". They are for visual inspiration and marketing purposes only and are not architectural, engineering, or interior-design plans. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for losses, damages, or claims resulting from your use of, or reliance on, the platform.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. Updates take effect upon posting, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
